For this project, I developed cohesive yet distinct marketing materials for two commercial real estate properties under the same ownership, located just a few minutes apart. The challenge was to create brochures and email campaigns that maintained a unified brand identity while allowing each property to stand out with its unique offerings. I designed visually aligned layouts, ensuring consistency in typography, color schemes, and messaging while tailoring content to highlight each building’s individual features. This approach reinforced the owner’s brand presence while effectively marketing the properties to potential tenants and investors.
